We had a decent time at the hotel, benefiting from an array of activities catering to families, like the arcade and waterpark. The staff interactions were generally positive and made our check-in pleasant. However, the condition of the rooms left much to be desired, especially given the issues we encountered with cleanliness. The overall value for the money was questionable, especially with some lingering odors in the hotel.

While the Pzazz Resort has a variety of activities for families and some good dining options, the overall experience was tainted by the poor quality of the rooms and unsettling incidents during our stay. The dirty items found in the room and a fight in the arcade left us feeling uneasy, which is unfortunate since there are fun things to do here for kids. I would think twice before returning.
